Nordiviq exists because most automation advice comes from people selling a platform. We don't sell one.
Most "digital transformation" work starts with a tool, not a problem. A vendor sells a platform, a team spends months adapting its workflow to fit it, and the actual bottleneck — the one costing hours every week — never gets looked at directly.
We work the other way. We study how a business actually operates first, then build or configure whatever closes the gap — sometimes that's custom automation, sometimes it's wiring two existing tools together, sometimes it's telling a client not to spend the budget at all. What we build belongs to the client, on infrastructure they own, so the relationship doesn't have to continue for the system to keep working.
